@MysticLitLounge That’s pretty much the standard for Hollywood. Only very rarely does an author get consultation. #askmaggie

@MysticLitLounge In all fairness, most authors are too close to the project to be a good interpreter for films. #askmaggie

@MysticLitLounge Nope. If I don’t love a book, I’ll send it on to the library. I’m not offended the same happens to me. #askmaggie

@MysticLitLounge I do it whenever I can. I do need to have an hour. And my music on. And no internet. #askmaggie

Shannon and I had the absolute privilige of interviewing and chatting with author of Claire De Lune and recently released Nocturne, Christine Johnson. Listen in as we chat and laugh with this down to earth mom of 2 who makes us mad, happy, confused, and fall in love with paranormal romance.

Shannon and Kim were happy to be able to podcast with Shannan, Nancy and Stacy also known as The Girls in the Stacks. The Girls have a great book review sites with written reviews, podcasts and videos.

We decided on the book and movie, Water for Elephants. Not only because it’s a love story but also because “The Pretty” aka RPattz played Jacob, the main character, in the movie. Listen in as we give our review of both pages and film, We’re certain you’ll enjoy it.

We here at the Lounge are so very excited that we are now ONE YEAR OLD!!!  For our celebration we decided on a fun special episode.  Why not put out our own commentary on the Twilight Saga Eclipse movie.  It’s fun, we have a great time watching the movies, and you people get to laugh with/at us!!! It’s win win for everyone.  So take a listen and let us know if you agree with us or not.
